M. M. SULPHEY, Ph.D., is Professor and Head, HR Domain, TKM Institute of Management, Kollam. Dr. Sulphey has more than 10 years of teaching experience and 20 years of professional experience. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Institute of Personnel Management.

AZ-HAR BASHEER is Assistant Professor at Allama Iqbal Institute of Management, Trivandrum. His major areas of interest include Business Law, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Management.
