T. A. VENKATACHALAM (M.Tech. (Textiles), MBA) is Professor and Dean, MBA Department, Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore. With more than 16 years of industrial experience and 26 years of teaching experience, he has published and presented various articles and research papers in journals of national repute. A recipient of Fellow of Textile Association and a member of Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE), Professor Venkatachalam has also authored Management Dictionary.

C. M. SELLAPPAN (ME, MS (IT), PGDBA) was Professor and Head, IT Department, Mahindra Engineering College, Namakkal. He has about 36 years of teaching experience. He is a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers (India).
