R. K. SAPRU (Ph.D., Public Administration, M.A. Political Science and M.A. English), formerly Professor and Head, Department of Public Administration, Panjab University, Chandigarh, has over 30 years of teaching experience. A life member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) and the Indian Society of Health Administration, Professor Sapru has contributed over 50 articles in national and international journals such as Indian Journal of Political Science, Indian Journal of Public Administration, Administrative Science Review, The Thai Journal of Development Administration, and Management in Government. He has to his credit several books on Development Administration, Theories of Administration, Public Policy, and Indian Administration.
