Bhargab Mohan Das, M.E., is a Senior Manager and Chairperson, RITTA Co. Ltd., Bangkok. Mr. Bhargab has conducted many construction surveys, while handling the projects of high rise buildings and flyovers in Bangkok, and an international airport in Doha. Madan Mohan Das, PhD (University of Strathclyde, UK), was formerly a Professor, Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, Assam. An Emeritus Fellow of AICTE and Director of Technical Education, Government of Assam, Dr. Das has about four decades of teaching experience. He has published/presented more than 55 research papers in national and international journals and conferences. Dr.
Mimi Das Saikia, PhD (IIT Guwahati), is an Assistant Professor, Civil Engineering, Royal School of Engineering and Technology, Guwahati, Assam. She has been with the Department of Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Silchar. With a decade of experience in teaching and research she has published many papers in different national and international journals. She is also the coauthor of books Irrigation and Water Power Engineering, Hydrology and Surveying (all published by PHI Learning).
